hand of epiphany is good if you complete the epiphany set with its bonus… aah yes its good for pvp fights if you have more attack speed

fow “bows” … "pathfinder set with its bonus would be the best then just add “dodge” affixes (crystal affix is much better) to your armor or anywheere you want… you can also have “permafrost” set for your mana and ice damage and put some elemental affixes like “freeze”… and “epiphany” with its bonus if you want - just put on attack speed affixes (crystal affix is much better) until you reach 70% attack speed on your weapons
but I’m planning to use shock element what set affixes the best for this… ?
for shock element it would be “electrified” set… it can increase your paralyze elemental… “electrocution” set is the best for shock damage but u only obtain it on 500+ floor.
