I dont know about that… before Resist has no effect in Arena (2.1)… But now Resist has an effect already (3.0)? Really? If thats true pardon me because I dunno about that. 
Resist always had an affect in arena lmao. Also high AR and other variables.
Ive seen those really powerful players like griffin using it… Even cuzeg i think hihihi

How about set affixes ‘momentum and rage’? are needed in arena or not?
I use them in lower version not sure if still effective today
momentum + movespeed
rage + crit chance + crit dmg
