Account recovery

So I went to play dungeon quest today and realized it wasn’t on my phone, upon redownloading the app-- I find that I am a full ascension + 9 levels behind, is there any way I can recover my account, I have spent a considerable amount on the game and I’m very disheartened that this has happened. Could my recent upgrade to the latest iOS version done this?

Did you save your account on DQ? If not I guess that is bad but still contact support right now!

That was apparently the last time I backed up my account … I’m guessing 4 or more weeks worth of time.
