İnsert demonic and gladiator and +2 all sets and you are good 2 go

Maybe A high fast crit with 50k per hit like rage,identity

Anything that can apply bleed to the enemy (can be skills or affixes). Attacks with high hit freq. combined with crits will do. Gladiator set is a must in the arena (preferably on trophy).

A bleeding enemy cannot regen. Imagine a sink full of blood as your enemy. Pull the plug out and the sink becomes empty. So does your opponent and he/she dies
