Is it ok to add x2 epic razored to make it 40 for pvp?

yea you could use all talents to boost them all by 5 or each epic affix increase it by 10 each, however it is reduced to 40% so youd only have 8 razored in the end

Yes but you will get your 40 capped down in pvp
