Can 'Plagued' appear on daggers/Does it appear on any legendary daggers?

Title topic - Wondering if plagued only appears on specific types of items.

You can put blight on any part of equipment. Just use amethyst. Purple one.

Well, Blight can be added via Ruby, but to answer the OP’s original question, yes Plagued can be added to a dagger with an Amethyst.
