U can use only one Resource system,Bloodmagic OR Energy or smth else.
Better salvage Legend to get dust and craft Legend u need at the Codex.

Energy and effective not bad?
Of course. As long as you have weaken 90%+. Anything with effective mythic is fine and dandy, unless you have 180%+ weaken instead of 90%+.
