Connection to cloud times out

Hello,

today in the morning I had to leave in a hurry and left an arena game open on my tablet.
Later that day I played on my mobile. Then I came back home, uploaded my progress from my mobile and took the tablet, exited the arena match and wanted to download the progress.
The connection timed out always. Restart tablet, still only time out. Internet is working fine though, Wi-Fi works.
Reinstalled game, still time out. Same with my mobile after I connected it to the Wi-Fi. Without Wi-Fi but with mobile data I can reach the server though.

Did my router IP somehow get black listed? Or will it work again after some time?

Contact support or wait, did somebody have the same problem already?
