Difficulty change or Higher Floors?

I am now farming floor 101-107 using maps, and I have gotten many legends with the help of my new items， but the legend drops are almost the same, do I need to go higher floors or just increase difficulty，btw I`m farming in easy difficulty since its easy to kill.
