Go and contact Support immediately. I had that similar issue earlier and support told me that my account was flagged for the unusual number of ulta-rare crystals in my crystal Stash. I explained everything and he investigated my account for any illegal things, it took a day or two but he found none and gave me back my account completely. Go and ask him now, they can really help.
