Enslaver not appearing in the maps? 
why? new update?
Not sure, but also noticed although many people state upper right of map, i often find them not there, or elsewhere
U need to have monster boost to ensure that evry floor will have enslaver. If u want to have a higher chance of encountering an enslaver, u must equip nadroji robe and activate its bonus. And also enslaver usually appear near at the shrines or pools/wells.

just bad luck… but I feel they are really less in maps than in normal floors.

not all map having enslaver except you have a monster boost,
complete the feats on collect orbs this will give you a free random boost or else watch a video advertise
