Sorry no images, but I have an Eternal Skull of Ignis ( ilvl 81 )with crystal affix of + 403 HP ON HIT. Just got a drop of another Skull of Ignis ( ilvl 100 ) with epic affix of + 476 HP ON HIT. Granted the later is a higher level item, but I have noticed several instances where the crystal affixes on these dropped Eternals don’t have great stats. Simply put, why would a crystal affix have lower stats than epic or legend?

Epic affix of HP on hit is 250 and 500 for legend
