There are many posts on the forum about how to build a farming character. Any one of those guides will be useful for you.
In short, you want to equipment items that boost your item drops and the rarity of those items. This will increase your chances of finding more and more legends. Other than that, it’s just kill a lot of stuff.
Search for topics on “farming” and “fortune” to find more details on other threads.
