guys ? how to make (5)mealstorm or (5)mayhem ?? can you teach me??
Put get 2 all set affix stat on ring and amulet (either by placing an elixir stone in both or by wearing nadroji amulet and ring if using legend ones or one nadroji if it’s eternal. That gives 4 to all sets. As soon as you put 1 mayhem item on it becomes 5 mayhem. Put one maelstrom on and you have 5 to both)

Now if you want to use procs in pvp you will need an eternal mayhem item because when the proc is reduced for pvp purposes it will very rarely spawn if on a legend item. Best solution is an eternal nadroji amulet and an eternal mayhem ring . check this thread to see how I have used mayhem on some of my characters Dickwads (all characters) Chimera pvp builds

Another way to use procs is by putting procs on deadly sins set (big hint and a cough!). Check out the 6 deadly sins guide on here
