How many legend affix can be added into item?

I see a item with 3 legend affix. Is it limited ?? (My english is not good. Sorry about that)

No, you can add all 6 affix with legend if you want…

Oh. But i saw someone crafting item that just add one legend affix and a powerful affix. The other slots he added epic affixes. Why?

Coz not all lagend affix can be obtained From ruby, like push the limit,barbarians,regeneration, weapons damage%,element damage%…
So sometime player added iepic affix like 5000 element dmg, 7500hp etc…
