I mean, how does it work?
Like Masochism… It is better to use when yoi have lots of mana and you want to waste some for Attack Speed.
Great for immortal build… 
What is immortal build? Been seeing it in some threads lately
The effect are very clear : U got full MP, anything restore MP will decrease ur MP. Once ur MP got below 50%, the restore MP effect back to normal.
Attack Speed up and Reduce Skills Cooldown only take effect when ur MP below 75%.
Dont know if Killswitch r powerful or not
