Lost Character

Please help i lost my character, gold and my items.

I was trying to make a backup in dq cloud but i can’t upload my current backup unless i download the previous one, then I download it without thinking that it will overwrite my current account. After downloading it, my character in the first slot is missing and my second character is still on the second slot but some items are missing and my gold is back to 10,000 .
