My map just disappeared 
its level 235 floor and The game just crash. Then boom GOOOOOONE. HELP ME PLEASE HOW TO RECOVER IT :((

You can easily recover this:
Start DQ
Go to the highest floor you are able to reach (from the pause menu you can press the level select button)
Purchase a challenge map from the in game shop using gold
Once you get the map, instead of opening it press the “convert” button. This will increase the floor of the map for you. You can always convert to the highest floor you have completed (in your case 234).
