i have seen where this is a realy good bow but would the legend version be woeth swaping for what i have now

What makes that legend special is because of its set affix and the weapon dmage%

you could always find a Chakram that has a Legend +200% weapon damage, and use that as a base for making a better version of what you have equipped. the Epic 100% weapon damage is lower, as you can see.
