I have seen several build with perfect rolls, my question is how to get them, I have tested at high levels, with epic maps, with armor with 775 of luck, and nothing my bad luck will it be? Or is there some method? I have all the items at the highest level and quality I accept suggestions of how I can do something, thank you
Get emerald crystal and click on an item until it says 25% item quality which is maxed out item quality. From there , most placing of affixes can be perfect but not always.
Also if the item is legendary or higher in rarity, that also increases chances of better rolls as well as crystal legends and mythic items.
Just found a ring with crystalline affix of 695.9 to all resists. Is that good ?
Not bad. You can reroll it to 750 all resist if you wanted .
