Permastealth on wizard

hi guys

i just have a question

i have found this permastealth wizard of 4evertin

but somethings bug me

can stealth +40 can be reached by epic affixes only?

since i am a wizard stealth is not my main skill but i must ask it since i want to fully utilize it

what is the most easy way to get epiphany in epic difficulty?

i mean should i really farm on 600 floor to get them? i have it’s gauntlet on very easy difficulty on floor 250

can i get it rolling on ametyst on gear? what floor i must be on?

yes its possible. +10stealth items can be found. maximize reduced cooldown and add some epiphany. i assume your looking at PVE

1 epiphany with +4 sets enoguh?

since +%25 on %60 reduced cd makes it %75 reduced cd

so 20 sec stealth cooldown becomes 5 sec becuz of +40 stealth

aaaaaand 5 sec stealth

if i build crushing flames skull shield and full proc with crushing flames

i can be infinity wizard am i right?

I think it’s very hard to achieve. You can’t have stealth on wizard gears except pet. Even if you find a gear with “stealth” affix, once you jasper it will become another affix. Although, you may consider using a combination of Reduced CD + Epiphany + All Skills + Stealth on Pet.

How about +5 to all skills on every pieces? Will it work? There is no cap for all skills affix am i wrong?

Well, +5 all skills mythstones only go on weapons, meaning you can get only +10 all skills. Legend affixes also works, but I think they’re only +3 (?) and are found only on certain gears, meaning your build will have some restraints. Yeah, I remember it had cap (10 or 12), check stat page for sure.

i dont know if its possible . i havent see perma stealth since day 1.

it’s possible on rogue, probably possible on any other class too, but just more expensive.

Yep. That sounds about right. Permastealth on rogue indeed possible but 40 stealth useful with reduced CD. Vanish maybe but that interferes with your own stealth or stealth procs in general. In other class, well 10 stealth on pet and 2x 5+ all skills in wizard or warrior, combined with reduced CD. but 20 stealth isnt the same as 40 stealth so not permanent. It lasts a decent amount of time.
Oh and 50% dodge to be doubled for 100% dodge. It wasn’t always like this until patch 2.5. Also back in like patch 2,0 when arena was introduced, stealth used to double dmg so it was used too much and when it had longer duration in arena and PvE.
