Can someone give me the requirements for permastealth? I wanna try it
40 stealth, 60% reduced CD or 75% . Also dodge 50%+ .
60% reduced CD is gained easily by 45% reduced CD and the dexterity gives 10% reduced CD at 20 so 55% total reduced CD. Not exactly 60% but it’s still good enough.
Stealth 40 is a requirement for true permastealth but stealth 30 is very close to it.
Dodge 50% or more for 100% dodging everything with stealth skill . This is easy to achieve because Dexterity 20 hero points for 10% dodge+ , 30% dodge crystal affix and some extra dodge from rogue Power 103 at level 100.
Once you reach 40 Stealth Skill = 20 Hero Points + 2 Epic Stealth, you can do one of options below.
Option 1:
75% Reduced CD = Epiphany (5) + 1 Crystal Reduced CD + 2 Epic Reduced CD
Option 2:
60% Reduced CD + Hunger (5)
