ok, I did read that part, but ended up focusing on the + part of your post instead. no problems with the reviewing, just thought I had an answer, but it was for the wrong question.

That is definitely hack tool, many eternal stats are very hard to perfect - 2080 shock dmg, 2080 hp, +20 skill.etc let alone having a perfect obi crystal stat.
There’s only a few eternal items that can get perfect roll stats.
Anyhow, here’s more examples.
Not too sure about this one since it’s not eternal items, but please review just in case.

That drop is possible. You can check the in-game codex, then go to legendex to look at Wizard, Warrior and Rogue gears. You can also look at the eternal legend tab at the bottom. 
The cyan colored affix is one that can be dropped with eternal. There are two other affixes that can be cyan on that gear → crit chance and deadly strike. The Dev will review this account anyway. Check link below for a little more on the legendex, dust etc.

Nice blue light filter. Great for night time DQuesting and gaming overall and health for eyes. There is a way to remove the filter in these photos and how I did it on all photos i had with that filter (presumably from Twilight App) was edit on Pixlr app and press autocorrect. The same method i used to combine the gears and make one build in one photo rather than 6 or 8 seperate photos.
EDIT: I use CF.Lumen blue light filter, similar to F.Lux PC app where the filter is there but it feels more natural rather than filtery to the screen, almost like changing the RGB colours of monitor but thats a root blue light filter. Also if stock android, using the blue, red, green sliders with androids native night and day modes. @Phreak

I’ll have to check it out, I’ve just been using the stock one on the s8+. Now whenever I turn it off I feel like the screen is blinding me
