I need a help to understand how “hire” working. I want to lvl farming secondary heroes. but i found his exp increase very slow.
so the Question is
1.Hired only get exp when they kill it or exp share.?
i found my hired always go attacking. how to change into defensive.?
what the best party to have. wizard warrior or wizard rogue.?
Your EXP gain is limited by the levels of your characters. So if you have a level 50 warrior and level 15 wizard, your wizard will gain do very slowly due to the difference in level.
we will have the ability to customize your hireling AI very soon.
up to you really. I like wizard as main and warrior as hireling.

Just wanna ask if SET SKILL ascendent (didt remember well its name) and wizard talent. they boyh have chances to spawn other/random element.
My question is. will both of them carry all my affix (element) to the other/random element.?
Example:
If im build full shock. i have +% element damage +element damage. +%paralize chance +%highvoltage.
When spawn random element will it change my main element affix to it?
Im confuse coz i dont have freeze toxic but when randomly attack with that element they freeze liks i have freeze chance toxic chance burn chance. will it carry or not.?

No, Elemental Crit DMG affixes are independent of the Weapon Element. You can use Fire and still have High Voltage.
If you are using an Ice MH weapon with Ascendent or Prismatic, Ice DMG %, Ice DMG + and Freeze affixes will apply to the element that they switch to. So if you have +100% Ice DMG, +5000 Ice DMG and 10% Freeze, what ever element your Ice MH switches to due to Ascendent or Prismatic will receive the same benefits. However, lets say you have an Arcane OH, even if this Arcane weapon switches to Ice, it will not get any benefits.

Make a list for possible affix for each gear with ruby and obsidian… (MH, OH, Body, head, Ring and necklace)
i found its gonna be hell if im looking for certain affix on wrong gear… so this will be epic useful for me to not waste my crystal while hunting desired affix…

First, check the wikia, the site contains the affixes you are looking for.

Second, you need to specify your question about the “possible affix for each gear” part because there are three class in the game and they have their unique affix available for them only.
Third, I think no one is gonna help you there except for yourself.

Q3.IF the max cap quality of normal gear are same as eternal set(50%). if i maxed the quality of the normal set. will it evolve/turn into eternal set.?

Yes, but it also increases your gear’s main stat by the same amount; e.g. weapons/armors will gain 25% on weapon damage/armor with max quality

2 day hell grinding… only 3 eternal found. damnn eternal really suit the set name. take eternal to get it lolol

Not every eternal items are overpowered, sometimes crafted gears are better! tried 6 eternal items for summoner and it wasn’t that good 
i have 3 eternal that for arcmage meteor striker. (aftermath+meteor proc) the other 3 probably will be crystalline item since i need change some affix to my desired build. get 5% stealth affix lagend on my orb 1 slot for MS +10% for all proc skill (for all 3 crystalline item) with is it will make i have 35% chance to proc stealth. and the other affix pure element damage and 1 lagend affix ignore resist. that my build i want so badly. well u are vateran player u must be know. when u cant see u cant hit… lolol all u see is meteor falling from the sky…
Then you should love this combo : Full cooldown reduction + specialist + aftermath 
No but you can get them through mythstone
