Timewarp on herioc skill indicates +5% damage per level. how does it work? since timewarp dont have damage on hit.
Partner it with cosmic power.

does the heroic skill +damage works like cosmic power?
Read cosmic power in codex.
Easy math:
I have 1000 project damage
It will be 10001.5=1500 with timewarp lv0
15001.15=1725 with timewarp lv3
1725*1.375=2371.875 with cosmic power set3
You are not far to a good barrage build
