how much LUCK to get the vanity in the arena??
I think, you will get it once you get to eternal div, thats what i think so.
Yah you’ll need to reach the eternal league and then when your at the top 3 at div 1 you’ll automatically get this vanity

got this vanity when im in legend division. the whole set of vanity like the assasin for rouge
assasin back can only obtain on season 1 and 4 the other can obtain at season 2 and 3
my eternal vanity pack on season 1 has gone. dont know why 
All can get that eternal back easy. I got it when I created my first char ( in the beginning when I checked my vanities)
