When I add this talent and Electrified set I think I will have 250% reflect but reflect damage still 0 , is this a bug or I miss to use some ability? Thanks.
You need to add reflect DMG affix % with Ruby crystal first.

Is reflect damage good enough to clear mobs ? Does it “stack damage” with more enemies ?
