The best way that I can answer that is dependent on your class, current equipment and resources such as CS/MS and Gold.
For now try to hike the farthest floor you can clear within a short amount of time, mostly Map 200+, Enemy Power 6 to 8 and 5 - 8 mins per map.
For gears, I suggest using affixes that has high Goldfind, Luck and ItemDrop like the Satyr Spirit set, Faun’s Gift set and Buccaneer set.
