Which Crystals Are Completely Random & Which Ones Give Choices?

Above question. For example, Amethyst gives you a list of randomized set choices while Angelite is completely random. So which other crystals actually give a list of choices?

Topaz, Amethyst, Jasper, Ruby, Obsidian, Kyanite, Sapphire.

Kyanite ,Sapphire, Fluroite, Beryl, Citrine, Topaz, Amber, Jasper, Ruby,Amethyst and Obsidian.

Rest of the crystal don’t show up menu so they are random without you choosing, eg: Angelite, Calcite, Zircon,Garnet,Emerald,Larimar,Diamond,Quartz .
