1.6 mixed feeling

I really do like all the things in 1.6. Or most… But after playimg for like 2 hours this hit me.

My warrior or mage normally do well in floor 300+ EP 6 or 7 before 1.6…
Now at floor 204 EP 7 i die often with my warrior getting one shotted by explosion spell cast by Cathograper.

Warrior stats
800 all resist
90% reduced dmg
About 60k HP

Is there a nerf in life leech? Defence? All resist? Why do i feel such a struggle at floor 200?

Endgame players were rolling over the ep8, so the difficulty got increased, that’s a bit normal tbh, ep8 is supposed to be hard :stuck_out_tongue:

Endgames? EP 7 and 8? Is there a range for it?

Ep 0-3 normal game
Ep 4-5 mid game
Ep 6-8 end game

No offence i do know EP 8 is hard what im asking here is the difference between 1.5 and 1.6 that makes me felt weak.

Not my understanding towards whats hard and whats easy .[emoji29]

Maybe it’s because the block % is decreased to 25% per item, did you check that?
The other is, that without Assault warriors are a easy target…

Indeed, from 40% to 25%

Patch 1.6 also introduced a bit more aggressive stat caps. With the possibility of adding a lot more power through Crystals, we added some more limitations. Overall player power potential is much, much higher in 1.6, but you might start off feeling a bit nerfed.

This list was in patch note. Maybe steiger could copy paste the caps list on 1.5 so we could compare. At least er know where we stand.

Why would you think of nurse?

Because Steiger is already spending a lot of time on blogs and dev, so I think asking him too much things is a bit too much
Also you can notice the difference by yourself, no offense, but I noticed myself that block was nerfed on gear from 40% to 25%, also crit dmg was nerfed from 375% to 350%, block and dodge nerfed from 75% to 60%, etc :smile:
