It is a very minor issue but I will still make a thread for it.
In case that it is actually by design (please, 75% clearly does not equate to 100%, so it actually doesn’t make sense) I’ll be more than happy to be corrected.
How to reproduce:
-Get a map with leech nerf
-Reroll with diamonds to get 75%+
-Open map
-Watch in horror as leech magically disappears! (…well forget the horror part if it’s just a farm floor)

Actually, it depends on your leech Affix. But yes, high leech reduction will disable it. Will be fixed in 1.9.
Strange. I can assure that both times I have different amounts of leech (2% and 1.2%) 75% was the magic number before it becomes disabled.
Either way, it’s good to know that it’s gonna be fixed in the next patch. Thanks!
It seems to happens also with potion nerf
