That “item” u mean, full heals ur hp and mp xD
The orbs around ur warrior idk, i think its just visual…
Orbs around warrior just show that you have speed boost (which the lance grants)
Circle item is a regen pool. Will restore health/mana
Zealous - you can check the effect by going to your inventory pressing on the item that has it the pressing on the item window that shows up for expanded info or check out the talent page on your stat tab (icons at bottom of screen)
