Do you mean upload? cause you don’t have saved data on the cloud yet, you need to upload it so that you can save it in the cloud and download your saved progress in your phone or in another devices

Are you confused with upload/download?
You have to upload first then you are able to download. Because it is very obvious you didnt upload yet
