Alchemy - Permafrost or Defiant?

I have an Alchemy gear and what is better to have permafrost or defiant?{can’t have both}

When you’re building PVP, the first item you should put on your set must have Defiant.
On PVE, permafrost is probably better if you don’t have too much ED%:

  • With 100% ED%, Permafrost (5) gives 37.5% extra damage > 25% Defiant
  • With 200% ED%, Permafrost (5) gives 25% extra damage = 25% Defiant.
    More than 200% ED%, Defiant is better.
