Nope. Only Offering affix can be obtained by Ruby.
The new affixes that can’t be obtained by Ruby: Hyper Armour , Execute DMG, Shock Effect Max, Double Mitigate , Double Strike , Ally healing.
New set affixes can be obtained by Amethyst. Sadism from wizard item. Crushing Flames and Electrocution from amethyst in general.
