What is the true effect of the Blessed affix? Dictionary says a different thing. And even if i have alot of armor the resist gains a little.

is this a bug also?
It seems like a bug that it isn’t working as intended the Blessed and Protection nature affixes. They used to work like the description stated but not as well anymore.
