I honestly cannot comprehend why so many people like bloodmagic, especially on Rogue. There are so many better sets for this immortal class… Anyways since you are new, just follow the heard.
Don’t want to speak for the others, but for me, mainly for the 62.5% damage. People like damage (hurrah). Personally I only use 4 out of 6 (or 7) set slots, m̶o̶s̶t̶ many of em look boring.
