Bug with my character

Hello.
Please, i have a bug with my character mage .
I have 99 lvl, but i didn’t get EXP in Leaderboard and in Ranking.
In Leaderboard Experience doesn’t increase.
In sell Ranking doesn’t increase too.

We’re currently looking into these Leaderboard issues and should have a permanent fix for the next patch. In the meantime, have you uploaded your account recently? Currently that’s the only way to update data.

Yes, I uploaded my account. But sometimes in Leaderboard only Experience doesn’t increase.
