Insolence doesn’t have WD%.
you should get WD% on the weapon with your main damage skill. but remember that if your build has only 5 power, WD% is quite useless.
Btw, you can use aether wrap instead of the new nadroji robe. You can check the codex for other ED% equipment. look for these sets: aetherial drain, epiphany, mayhem, cerebral vortex
SDS equips, too, although they have alot of used slots.

so i should use it instead of WD%

i found bow with WD% still no sign of ragnarok chakram atm while farming crystals at the same time
well i just got lucky coz some of the stuff with crystal affix are all my needs by the help of jasper so i can equip those and change some of none use affix
SDS had only 1 or 2 free slots i think and it suit for farming stuffs
