For me its better you level your item quality to 10 1st then reroll the item and affix you want.
thats what im doing and it doesnt really cause to much crystal
Here’s my very own first Legendary item w/Crystal Affix…hope could loot more because it’s so hard to loot it took me about 8days after the update of 1.6.0…
