This is when your using crystals to craft things. Legend Drops is different to this. Example you can get Extra Attack Chance on a living force ring and amulet warrior class via drop but you can’t add that via crafting with crystals. You can only EAC at your OH and MH via topaz/sapphire or adding zenith mythstone to your mh/oh
