Huh that’s interesting. I don’t think I noticed that and I’m not even sure if it’s intended to happen. Well if it is intended, it may explain a couple of things. Shieldwall has duration and the move speed buff usually goes after the shieldwall expires or stops being visible.
Can confirm that this is working, and also increasing dmg from momentum set affix.
Ya I think from animation the newest replaces the old no idea what. They do on paper though
perhaps shieldwall and skull shield has that same property that spins around you. so their effects stack
