Dmg too elites

Erm… Damage to Elites means more damage to Blue-Violet Enemies, meaning it’s just for PvE. Well, that’s what I understand.

Players are considered “Elite” and will be affected by DMG to Elites and will use the formula for Epic+ Enemys for Crushing Blow
