Hi, I would like to know if DQ2 will share the same stats / formulas / affixes than DQ to prepare myself builds calculators.

I am not the best person to answer this but based off or what we have in so far no the systems will not share the same stats. Some affixs will make a return (although not a large amount are planned to be reused at this time) formulas yes some will return (generic to the genera)
