Yeah that combo would be very good. Cyclone has its taunt effect kind of like Twisters though but the Taunt Skill has larger AOE. 5% reduction per enemy.

they can work together and do make a good combo in early and mid game builds. the downside is that Effective is very adversely affected by Greatly Resist Element and Immune to Element. in late game builds, +90% Crystal Weaken doesn’t need to be combo’d with Effective, and some players have +120% Weaken to +200%, but going over +90% Crystal Weaken requires 2 or more spaces, but the extra Dmg is worth it. although Ignore Resist isn’t as good as Weaken +90% or better, it only takes up 1 space like Effective does, and if the build is crafted properly, IR is about as good as Effective, if not better.
