Any tips on enchanting epics? Should i go ep8 with full 650 luck before enchanting?

Depends on what you’re doing. Luck will help with rerolls, that’s about it.

It does, let me rephrase. The only reason to worry about having high luck is it helps with rerolls. Other than that, level and luck doesn’t matter.
