It seems like epic affixes are rollinv as high as normal affixes when rerolling.
Like crit chance only up to 5% and hp leech up to 1%. I rolled normal affixes this high so i guess its buggy
Thanks for reporting! We have a fix for it ready, but might have to wait till next patch before it goes out.
