Are there any epic affixes that cannot be applied with a topaz?

Only if it’s another class skill, like it’s not possible to get +whirlwind with a wizard.
The rest it’s possible to get.
Extra attack chance can only be applied to a OH and MH via topaz.
But some legend drops has it on another equip like living force ring and amulet for warrior
Weapons can only get the skill affixes of their default skills.
You can’t get + Toss on your mainhand because your mainhand doesn’t have toss as a default skill
