So in my endeavors, I have come across only +2 extra attack chance. Is this the highest it goes? What’s the highest u have recieved?
The max is +3, but by crafting you can only get 1-2.
To reach 3 you have to find this affixe on a few items. (legendary)
Already warned Steiger to put the epic affixe pool to 1-3 instead of 1-2 by rerolling
