Crushing flames is op. Personally, I’d use permastealth and crushing flames even though I play wizard.
Stealth is over rated in my opinion, i tried it out a few times but the -50% damage just isnt worth of for what stealth costs to use effectively
Also, this build is great but it doesnt (or shouldnt) work on the new patch, pretty certain they fixed the interaction that chushing blow doesn’t proc frozen explosion
Yes , indeed @TeaCup . And that first build . ED% w/o ED+ how did you calculate the final ED% ?
Cost alot of rubies. 
So damage comes is stages or levels if you will:
First is the weapons base damage,
Then weapon damage,
Then skill damage,
Then it applies the elemental damage:
Elemental damage, like weapon damage, the ED% comes before the ED+.
So the only time ED+ is better than ED%, is when you A) have incredibly low Weapon/skill damage like a very early game player or B) similar to A, in the arena, you have low damage so the ED+ is actually better
Tldr, ED+ comes after the ED% so its use is mininal
